You may explore issues such as trust, intimacy, and individual needs while working towards strengthening your emotional connection. I will help to facilitate dialogue, identify unhealthy patterns of behavior, and offer guidance to promote understanding and positive change, fostering a healthier and more satisfying relationship.
As your couples therapist, I am here to facilitate change in your relationship, to help you communicate effectively and to understand the deeper needs of both you and your partner. I am not here to take sides, tell you what to do or give advice. Instead, we will work collaboratively to rekindle the physical and emotional bond you desire in your relationship.
