Therapy offers a place to make sense of it all and heal—whether it’s stress, trauma, anxiety, or depression—and to uncover new ways to feel more grounded and at ease. Together, we’ll explore tools to help you regain control, break unhelpful patterns, and bring balance, peace, and genuine connection back into your life.

About Leah

As your individual or couple's therapist, my role is to provide trauma-informed care, creating a safe and supportive space for healing and personal transformation.

Whether you are seeking couples therapy to strengthen your relationship or individual therapy to work through personal struggles, I specialize in evidence-based approaches like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help you process trauma, overcome anxiety, and build emotional resilience.

If you're dealing with childhood trauma, relationship difficulties, or other emotional challenges, therapy offers a powerful opportunity to explore your mind, heal from past wounds, and foster deeper, more meaningful connections. My approach, grounded in trauma-informed care, ensures that we work at your pace while addressing the root causes of your distress.

Through couples therapy or individual therapy, we’ll focus on helping you heal from trauma, reduce anxiety, and restore balance in your life.

With dual Masters degrees in Social Work and Global Public Health from New York University, I bring a wealth of knowledge to support your personal growth journey.
